Starting out this journey 2 months ago, I weighed 170 lbs, the heaviest I've ever been. I had a baby in April, and have let the weight linger around too long. I was always coming up with excuses, or justifying why I didn't need to get in shape. Well, no more!
Present day, 2 months later, (this morning, actually), I weighed in at 160 lbs. Wow! Not only that, but I have lost almost 4 inches from my stomach. I've learned that it is important to take measurements. On those days when you don't see the scale move, you might see loss around the midline. And THAT is a huge success!
Lesson learned:
-Inches is just as, if not MORE, important that pounds
-I like to blog. :)
